Since 2000 Peccadillo Pictures have profiled numerous first and second time directors in the UK and Ireland giving them, and their work, exceptional exposure within our territories, including Andrew Haigh (WEEKEND / 45 YEARS), Hong Khaou (LILTING / MONSOON), Celine Sciamma (Tomboy / Girlhood / PORTRAIT OF A LADY ON FIRE) and Levan Akin (AND THEN WE DANCED).

Although Peccadillo Pictures is well known for its popular and artistic strand of LGBT cinema, we also distribute a wide variety of independent and world cinema titles. EMBRACE OF THE SERPENT became our highest grossing title of all time, other world cinema titles include Cannes Critics Week winner SALVO, along with LA JAULA DE ORO, WAKOLDA and IN BETWEEN.
